Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to persuade, motivate, negotiate.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and optimize freight movements to meet customer expectations.
• Procure capacity by calling carriers, negotiating rates, and selecting loads.
• Develop and maintain carrier relationships with regular outreach and visits.
• Ensure quality and adherence to internal trading rules.
