Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Carrier Performance Manager for its Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team in Seattle. You will manage TikTok’s external carrier network, drive end-to-end delivery quality, and lead vendor management, analytics, and governance to meet service, cost, compliance, and customer-experience goals.

The role requires strong collaboration with Fulfillment Centers, First Mile, Line Haul, Middle Mile, DSP teams, and Tech to build a reliable and high-performing transportation network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in transportation operations, carrier management, quality management, or vendor management.
• Strong data analytics capabilities with KPI dashboards and insights.
• Proven ability to manage external partners and influence without direct authority.
• Experience in quality control, RCA, exception management, or logistics compliance; excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage carrier performance across multiple regions.
• Monitor KPI indicators: SLA compliance, on-time delivery, transit accuracy, cost efficiency, and customer impact.
• Lead weekly and monthly business reviews; implement action plans with carriers.
• Collaborate on capacity planning, ramp-up, contingency plans, and peak readiness.
• Develop standards for handover, scanning accuracy, handling processes, and delivery requirements.
• Partner with carriers to improve discipline, handling quality, and TikTok standards.
• Own quality metrics including delivery accuracy, defect rate, loss/damage rate, and POD.
• Analyze defects across the network; drive root-cause investigations.
• Create dashboards and reports tracking performance, defects, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and costs.
