Aston Carter is seeking a contract Recruiter based in Novi, MI to own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer/close and partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.

You will build sourcing strategies for difficult roles, proactively source candidates, manage multiple requisitions, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS data. This hybrid position offers $30–$50/hr with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong experience independently handling sourcing through offer.
• Proven proactive/passive sourcing ability.
• Experience recruiting technical, industrial, manufacturing, operations or field-based talent.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication and hiring-manager partnership skills.
• Comfortable operating with urgency in a quickly scaling environment.
• ATS experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer/close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
• Build sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals and networks.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess alignment.
• Manage multiple requisitions and priorities concurrently.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
• Provide hiring managers with regular updates on recruiting activity.
