Dynamic Logistix LLC seeks a Carrier Coverage Representative to act as a trusted logistics advisor, delivering transportation solutions to support client supply chains. You will proactively reach out to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and resolve carrier-related issues while delivering exceptional service.

In this role you will manage a carrier portfolio, develop long-term relationships, conduct negotiations, and grow a core carrier base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Proven success in a proactive sales environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages and develops a carrier portfolio with long-lasting relationships.
• Sells and negotiates with carriers.
• Prospects new carriers via outbound calls and site visits.
• Provides coverage support for open brokerage loads.
• Meets carrier sales KPIs and grows core carriers.
• Communicates proactively and delivers excellent customer service.
