Job summary

TransLoop Logistics is seeking Carrier Executives at multiple levels to build and manage carrier partnerships, drive growth, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-moving logistics environment.

In this role you will prospect, negotiate capacity solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand the carrier network and ensure reliable, high-quality service for shippers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new carrier partnerships and expand existing relationships through prospecting, lead generation, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with carriers through consistent communication and proactive engagement.
• Serve as a trusted partner by providing transparent and timely updates to carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, increase carrier value, and improve sales effectiveness.
• Utilize TransLoop's technology platform to drive efficiency, visibility, and operational excellence.
• Deliver reliable, exceptional customer service that reinforces confidence and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and a best-in-class experience for carriers and customers.
