Responsibilities

• Review and assist with onboarding carriers in line with compliance standards.
• Monitor carrier’s classifications outlines on HighwayIncluding criteria such as insurance, verifying scheduled VINs, and observing performance ratings Identify and resolve carrier compliance issues.
• Perform quality control checks on the covered board, mitigating any carriers that have fallen out of line with our qualifications.
• Work with internal teams to process onboarding and new invites sent for carriers to receive payments properly.
• Provide clear answers and directives when requesting information, approving carriers and denying carriers.
• Other duties as assigned
