Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in New Albany, OH is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers, ensuring SOP compliance, delivery performance, timely billing, and overall customer satisfaction.

The role supports return logistics, order scheduling, and carrier invoicing with an hourly pay range of $18.00–$20.00 based on experience, a Monday–Friday schedule, and full-time benefits. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year or more related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on the RTBS report and work with Network Carriers to schedule orders.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related items for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the 'Over 50' report and verify delivery with PODs or customer follow-up.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks; backing up phone and email.
