Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH to manage 4th party carrier relationships, ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, and accurate billing while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role offers hourly compensation of $18.00–$20.00 based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule and full-time benefits, within a Fortune 500 logistics leader. Eligible for paid holidays and PTO, plus family-friendly leave options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of related experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS report; coordinate with Network Carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs), RA Clarifications, Pending RAs, Not in iDirect RAs, etc.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and obtain POD or follow up with the customer to confirm delivery.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks; back up phone and email.
