Ryder System, Inc. in New Albany, OH is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers and ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, and accurate billing.

The role offers hourly pay and full-time hours in a busy supply chain environment. Ideal candidates have an operations background, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to build professional relationships while handling multiple tasks such as RA processing and order

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more related experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on Restoration Hardware’s RTBS report; schedule with Network Carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related items for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report monthly.
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and update PODs for invoicing.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
