Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP Carrier and Captive Analytics to direct a team delivering visibility into client life cycles from an enterprise intelligence perspective. You will shape analytics strategy, establish data governance foundations, and translate complex multi-account structures into actionable insights.

Lead a cross-functional organization across Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing to drive client value, renewal, and growth through robust stewardship and ROI narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy and roadmap for Carrier and Captive analytics.
• Establish data governance, entity hierarchies and metric definitions.
• Translate complex structures into trusted rollups and decision tools.
• Drive client value and growth through analytics and cross-functional collaboration.
• Direct a team that manages business analytics and pipeline.
• Oversee client relationship management analytics and BI direction.
• Present insights to business leaders and senior stakeholders.
• May oversee budget management for the area.
