Sedgwick is seeking a VP Carrier and Captive Analytics to direct a team delivering visibility into the client lifecycle from an enterprise intelligence perspective. You will set the analytics strategy, build governance foundations, and translate complex data into actionable insights for executives and clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Strong leadership and communication capabilities with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead the Carrier and Captive analytics strategy and roadmap, setting priorities and investments.
Establish data and governance foundations to scale analytics across enterprise.
Build actionable insights from multi-account and multi-policy structures.
Collaborate across Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing to translate performance into value.
Direct a team that manages business analytics and pipeline and oversees client solutions.
