Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP Carrier and Captive Analytics to direct and manage a team delivering visibility into the client life cycle from an enterprise intelligence perspective. You will lead the analytics strategy, governance, and metrics that align to business and client needs.

The role partners across Operations, Client Services, Finance and Marketing to translate performance into stewardship, renewal, cross-sell and ROI narratives, while guiding a growing analytics pipeline and enterprise BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 10 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience in analytics leadership and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy and roadmap for Carrier and Captive analytics.
• Establish data governance foundation and integration with enterprise data.
• Translate complex multi-account structures into trusted metrics and rollups.
• Drive client value and growth through cross-functional partnerships.
• Direct a team managing business analytics and pipeline.
• Provide strategic direction for BI and client analytics.
• Present insights to business leaders and manage budget.
