Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP Carrier and Captive Analytics to direct and enhance analytics visibility across client life cycles from an enterprise intelligence perspective. You will lead strategy, governance, and insights delivery to inform business decisions and growth.

The role requires transforming complex policy data into actionable metrics, collaborating across Operations, Finance, and Marketing, and guiding a high-performing analytics team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Carrier and Captive analytics strategy and roadmap, setting priorities and investments.
• Establish data and governance foundation for scalable analytics and integration with Finance/technology.
• Translate complex multi-account structures into trusted metrics and decision tools for leadership.
• Drive client value and growth by partnering across Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing.
• Direct a team that manages business analytics and pipeline.
• Oversee client relationship management enterprise solutions.
