Sedgwick is seeking a VP Carrier and Captive Analytics to direct a team that provides visibility into the client life cycle from an enterprise intelligence perspective. You will lead analytics strategy, governance, and delivery, translating multi-account data into actionable metrics for leadership and clients.

You will build the data foundation, establish definitions and hierarchies, and partner with Operations, Finance, and Technology to drive value, renewals, cross-sell, and ROI narratives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong leadership and governance capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Carrier and Captive analytics strategy and roadmap, setting priorities, sequencing investments, and building a dedicated capability aligned to business and client needs.
• Establish the data and governance foundation required to scale Carrier and Captive analytics, including entity hierarchy, mappings, metric definitions, source logic, and integration with broader enterprise data, Finance, and technology initiatives.
• Build actionable operational and leadership insights, translating complex multi-account, multi-policy, and parent/child structures into trusted rollups, metrics, and decision tools that show where attention or intervention is needed.
• Use analytics to drive client value and growth, partnering across Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing to translate performance into stronger stewardship, renewal, cross-sell, and ROI narratives.
• Responsible for directing a team that manages business analytics and pipeline.
• Responsible for developing and overseeing client relationship management enterprise solutions.
• Responsible for providing strategic direction for business intelligence, contact management system, and client base intelligence analytics.
• Oversees business and communications engagement analytics and presents information to business key holders.
• May oversee budget management for the business area.
