Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is hiring a Territory Manager for Carpet Soft Surface Flooring to grow profitability and market share in Eastern Washington, including Pasco, Richland, Kennewick, Yakima and Wenatchee.

You will build strong relationships with flooring dealers, designers and end users based on knowledge, service, trust and integrity. Responsibilities include daily sales calls, product presentations, sample and display management, and timely reporting of sales results.

Qualifikationen

• High-school diploma or GED.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Must reside in the market.
• Must be able to travel in a vehicle that can carry a number of product sample boards.
• Ability to lift samples and build displays, up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include some evenings.
• Proven experience using a laptop computer and basic Microsoft Windows software including MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Daily sales calls on existing customers with emphasis on selling hard surface flooring products, samples, displays, adhesive, and related floor products.
• Present products to the retail dealers, designers and end-users and analyze all leads provided by corporate reports.
• Sell and construct display racks weighing 50lbs or more regularly.
• Prospect for new accounts while understanding territory dynamics.
• Prepare reports of business transactions and sales.
• Communicate periodic sales reports outlining actual sales, goals, and market conditions.
• Analyze sales statistics using territory data to aid dealers in promoting sales.
• Monitor travel and entertainment expenditures and sample budget.
