Maintain and repair campus facilities by overseeing skilled carpentry work across buildings.
Plan and coordinate projects, estimating labor and materials and prioritizing work orders.
Enforce OSHA regulations and college safety policies; ensure safe work environment.
Manage shop operations: inventory, tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
