Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise work orders for Carpentry, Paint, and Lock Shop.
• Direct employees and inspect completed work.
• Maintain budget controls, particularly for overtime.
• Respond to campus emergencies as needed.
• Must be able to walk campus and use ladders.
