Job summary

ServiceSource in the United States is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to supervise carpenters and maintenance workers, ensure work is structurally sound, and lead architectural renovations as needed.

The role involves site walks, safety compliance, coordinating with managers, preparing scopes, permits, and reports, and maintaining logs. The position requires five years carpentry, two years supervisory, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least five years of journey level carpentry experience.
• Two years' supervisory experience in building construction trade required.
• Facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Completion of Carpentry Trade School highly desirable.
• Flexible schedule; includes evenings/weekends per contract.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance staff on industry standard carpentry applications.
• Coordinate with site manager on planning, scheduling, design and quality control.
• Inspect projects and prepare final reports; conduct weekly structural/architectural checks.
• Work with other departments and vendors; secure equipment and log work orders.
• Perform door hardware repair and ongoing mature carpentry tasks.
• Build frames, install floors, ramps, partitions, trim, and support approved projects.
