Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the daily carpentry operations and staff.
• Maintain and repair campus facilities with skilled carpentry work.
• Plan, estimate labor and materials, and coordinate projects.
• Ensure safety by enforcing OSHA regulations and campus policies.
• Manage shop operations, inventory, tools, and records.
• Provide responsive service to faculty, staff, students, and contractors.
• Oversee outside contractors when needed and support after-hours emergencies.
