Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking construction crew members to join our employee-owned team across the United States.

You will learn safety procedures, read construction plans, and use tools to build post-frame buildings in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes $21.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience, plus a $2,000 first-year bonus and a $500 quarterly bonus during the first year, with ESOP and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or carpentry is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow construction plans.
• Willingness to participate in training and safety programs.

Responsabilités

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read and build according to construction plans.
• Use various tools and equipment to construct buildings.
• Dig footings and frame walls/roofs; install windows, doors, siding, roofing; finish with trims.
