Under the guidance of your crew foreman, you will learn to read plans, operate construction tools, and safely build structures. Expect 20% travel and opportunities for growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

Experience in building/construction or framing preferred, on the job or in school.
Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
Capable of reading and following construction plans.
Ability to operate tools safely and efficiently.
Punctual, reliable, and able to work 9–10 hours in peak season.

Responsibilities

Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures and standards.
Read and build according to construction plans.
Use tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
Finish tasks such as digging footings, framing walls/roofs, and installing windows and doors.
Travel up to 20% with overnight trips when required.
