Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking construction crew members to join our expanding team. Under a crew foreman, you will follow safety procedures, read and build from plans, and use tools to assemble post-frame buildings across various sites. This role requires physical endurance, travel up to 20% and lifting up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Building construction/post-frame experience preferred
• Willingness to participate in a training program
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Able to work 9-10 hours during peak season
• Travel up to 20% and overnight trips possible

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures
• Read, understand and build according to plans
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings
• Perform footing, framing, siding, roofing, and trim tasks
• Collaborate with crew in a safe, efficient work environment
