Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking construction crew members to join our team. Under the guidance of your crew foreman you will learn and apply our safety and construction procedures, read and build according to plans, and use tools and equipment to construct buildings.

The position requires physical work, 30% travel (including potential overnight trips), and a willingness to participate in training. Benefits include ESOP, healthcare, life insurance, paid holidays and vacation, and quarterly

• Capable of working in a physically demanding environment and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Learn, keep current with and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures and standards.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to safely construct buildings.
• Dig and install footings, frame walls and roofs, install doors/windows and siding/roofing materials.
• Travel up to 30% (overnight possibly up to two weeks).
