Morton Buildings, Inc. is expanding its construction crews. The role offers hourly pay from $21.00 to $23.00, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus in the first year and an additional $500 per quarter during the first year.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or post-frame framing preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training programs.
• Ability to operate construction tools safely and efficiently.
• Willingness to travel 15% with possible overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand, and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings.
• Perform tasks such as digging footings, framing, installing windows and doors, and applying siding/roofing materials.
• Work with crew members in a safe, productive environment.
