Job summary

CareCo seeks a Recruiting Coordinator in Boerne, Texas to lead recruiting, hiring and onboarding of caregivers, ensuring alignment with company values and a strong candidate experience. You will manage postings, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and partner with leadership to support growth and care quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage job postings to attract qualified caregivers.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate hiring decisions, offers, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure all caregiver documentation and files remain compliant.
• Track applicant flow and maintain accurate recruiting records.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and initial caregiver training.
• Assist with caregiver engagement and retention initiatives.
• Communicate consistently with candidates and internal team members.
• Support general administrative and recruiting-related tasks.
• Participate in the On-Call rotation.
