Job summary

Cooperative Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Caregiver Recruiter to identify and engage top caregiving talent for our clients. The role emphasizes building a strong candidate pool and aligning hires with our mission to support independent living for 40 years.

You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, manage background checks, and collaborate with management to create effective ads and grow our team. A background in recruiting and familiarity with ATS tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably healthcare.
• Experience using a recruiting ATS.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Screen and hire skilled and reliable care staff aligned with company hiring goals.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, oversee background checks and orientation.
• Serve as liaison between field staff and management to advocate for a positive work environment.
• Create and maintain effective ads reflecting opportunities the company offers.
• Engage with job seekers via social media, community and hiring platforms.
• Assist with hiring administrative staff for growth and vision.
• Other duties as assigned.
