A First Name Basis in Plano, TX is seeking a capable Recruiting Leader to own the recruitment process for a fast-growing home-care company. You will handle hundreds of dials, texts, and conversations daily, drive application-to-hire conversions, and speed time-to-first-shift across multiple branches.

You will lead a distributed team of 12 recruiters, coach peers, and build scalable systems for sourcing, automation, and improves in partnerships with the COO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume setting.
• Proven ability to lead and scale recruiting teams.
• Comfort with daily measurement and fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of recruiters and hit hiring targets across branches.
• Design cadences, scripts, and funnel improvements for candidate flow.
• Manage outbound outreach and optimize sourcing; oversee Cebu-based team.
