Job summary

The Recruiting Coordinator at The Caregiving Company in Boerne, TX works to build a high-quality caregiver team through recruiting, screening, and onboarding. You will manage postings, review applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers to support growth and quality of care.

Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and able to handle a high volume of applicants while maintaining excellent candidate experience and compliance with documentation and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and interviewing skills.
• Experience with Google Suite and applicant tracking systems.
• Healthcare or home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage job postings to attract qualified caregivers
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Coordinate hiring decisions, offers, and onboarding processes
• Ensure all caregiver documentation and files remain compliant
• Track applicant flow and maintain accurate recruiting records
• Support onboarding, orientation, and initial caregiver training
• Assist with caregiver engagement and retention initiatives
• Communicate consistently with candidates and internal team members
• Support general administrative and recruiting-related tasks
• Participate in the On-Call rotation
