Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager to collaborate with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director. The role focuses on recruiting, administrative and operating support for the office, with shared on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities include caregiver management, weekly recruiting and onboarding, after-hours on-call duties, and general office support. Travel is limited, and compliance with state standards is required to provide high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, onboarding caregivers weekly.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience managing frontline employees.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring and terminating caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-call: manage after-hours calls and schedule changes.
• General office support for the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments to support client satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality client service from calls to visits.
• Adhere to state-specific compliance standards.
