Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Wheaton, IL is seeking a Recruiting Manager reporting to the Operating Director. You will recruit and onboard caregivers, manage caregiver operations, and provide office support to the leadership team.

The role includes on-call responsibilities and ensuring client satisfaction across services. The position requires high school diploma or equivalent, plus two years in admin/HR with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree; may substitute degree with education/experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in admin and/or HR functions within an office.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring and terminating caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• General office support to assist the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: support intakes and client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to in-home visits.
• Compliance: follow operating standards and state requirements.
• On-call: manage after-hours calls and schedule changes.
