Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as a shift leader in a senior care setting, delivering hands-on ADL support while guiding the caregiving team.

You will coordinate shift assignments, monitor resident health, review ISP-aligned charting, coach staff on quality standards, and promote safety and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, age 18+.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications.
• Strong communication, delegation and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ADL support and model quality care.
• Coach staff on compliance with safety standards and ISP alignment.
