Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Raleigh, NC seeks a Lead Caregiver to act as shift leader in a senior living environment, ensuring high-quality, consistent resident care and coaching the caregiving team.

You will lead shift assignments, monitor resident conditions, document care per ISP, support onboarding, and promote safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

• Provide hands‑on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as needed
• Coach caregivers on quality standards, hospitality, and documentation procedures
• Review charting and ensure compliance with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Monitor resident condition changes and communicate concerns promptly
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members
• Promote safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate effective shift transitions

Qualifications & Skills:
