Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader in a senior care setting, ensuring consistent, high-quality resident care while mentoring the caregiving team.

You will oversee shift coverage, provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, coach staff on standards, review charts for ISP adherence, monitor resident well- being, and support onboarding of new team members. This role blends frontline care with leadership and compliance in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities
