Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader and supervisor for the caregiving team. The role includes managing shift assignments, attendance, and coverage while providing hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and coaching staff on quality standards.

You will review charting to align with Individualized Service Plans (ISP), monitor resident changes, and promptly communicate concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications are required.
• Strong communication, delegation and decision-making skills are essential.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care environment preferred.
