• Manage and maintain caregiver and client schedules.
• Fill open shifts and respond to scheduling changes.
• Handle caregiver call-outs, lateness and coverage needs.
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, location, skills, reliability and client needs.
• Communicate schedule assignments and changes with caregivers and with clients/families.
• Review caregiver availability and build schedules that maximize consistency.
• Identify scheduling problems before shifts go uncovered.
• Coordinate last-minute coverage when unexpected changes occur.
• Monitor schedules and follow up on attendance concerns.
• Collaborate with management to maintain continuity of care.
• Document scheduling communications and important changes accurately.
