Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social activities, and meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond appropriately.
• Document tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements.
• Communicate effectively with staff about urgent needs and concerns.
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
