We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our nursing team as Resident Assistants/Caregivers. You will positively impact residents' lives by assisting with daily activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social interactions, and meals
• Monitoring residents' physical and emotional comfort and responding appropriately
• Documenting tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements
• Communicating confidentially with staff, including urgent needs and concerns to the Healthcare Director
• Managing assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
• Following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Previous experience is preferred but not required. Legend Senior Living is a drug-free workplace; drug screening will be conducted. The role may require evening and weekend work.
