The ideal candidate will manage a constant candidate flow, source through multiple channels, interview candidates, and maintain organized records. Collaboration with coordinators and HR is essential to ensure rapid onboarding and coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional recruiting or service coordination with caregiver recruitment experience.
• Experience screening applicants, interviewing, and following up with candidates.
• Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Reliability, initiative, and ability to manage competing priorities in a high-demand environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and basic digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a continuous flow of applicants and build a ready caregiver pipeline.
• Source candidates through Indeed, referrals, outreach, and other channels; screen and interview.
• Prioritize recruiting around new member referrals, coverage needs, and geographic demand.
• Maintain timely candidate communication and follow-up through hiring and onboarding.
• Keep complete records of contacts, screenings, interviews, and status.
• Collaborate with Service Coordinators and HR to meet staffing needs and onboarding steps.
