Hartford HealthCare Independence at Home is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for hourly and live-in caregiver roles across Connecticut. You will source, screen, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding while building strong partnerships with community programs and schools.

You will design targeted campaigns, attend job fairs and events, and train hiring managers on interview best practices to improve selection and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• High-volume recruitment experience required.
• Proficient in ATS, recruitment platforms, and MS Office.
• Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, talent pipelines, and recruitment campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruitment for hourly and live-in caregiver roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies tailored to the local labor market.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines via partnerships with programs, schools, and community groups.
• Analyze hiring metrics and market trends to improve conversion and efficiency.
• Design recruitment campaigns including digital outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Represent Hartford HealthCare at job fairs, open houses, and conferences.
• Provide training to hiring managers on interview techniques and candidate selection.
