Job summary

OurCare Health seeks a Caregiver Recruiter & Credentialing Specialist to source, screen, hire, and credential Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) for offices in FL, NY, and CT. 2–5 years in high-volume recruiting is preferred; entry-level training is available. Strong organization and communication are essential.

The role focuses on building a robust pipeline, ensuring AHCA compliance, and coordinating onboarding to support our mission-driven home health services.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing credentialing, compliance documentation, or onboarding.
• Experience recruiting for home health care or healthcare staffing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a significant plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR/Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified HHA and PCA candidates via job boards, social media, community outreach, referrals, and local partnerships.
• Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess qualifications, availability, and cultural fit.
• Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates to meet staffing needs.
• Coordinate credentialing including background checks, reference verification, TB testing, and required certifications.
• Ensure AHCA regulatory compliance and maintain accurate caregiver records.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire orientation; support retention efforts.
• Track recruiting metrics and report to leadership.
