Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: Assess client needs and caregiver availability to ensure shifts are staffed.
• Compliance: Ensure office compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Customer Service: Handle incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• On-Call: Rotate handling after-hours calls to staff shifts.
