Cornerstone Caregiving, based in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead caregiver recruitment and office operations under the Operating Director. You will hire, onboard, and manage caregivers, coordinate on-call coverage, and support client care and schedule changes.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years’ admin, sales, customer service or HR in an office setting.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid state proof of auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Caregiver management: hire, terminate, and supervise caregivers.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-Call: manage after-hours calls and schedule changes.
• General Office Support: support the Operating Director.
• In-home Assessments: assist with intakes and client satisfaction.
• Client Care: ensure high-quality service from calls to visits.
• Compliance: follow company standards and state regulations.
