Qualifications

• One year of scheduling experience in a health care or human services setting using an online scheduling system is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities under deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Proficient computer skills and timely documentation in the system.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure compassionate, effective care.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and corrective action as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and development plans.
• Match caregivers to clients based on needs, skills, and availability.
• Develop and manage caregiver schedules and respond to changes or emergencies.
• Coordinate with administrative staff for seamless communication and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with standards and state regulations.
• Support ongoing caregiver training and licensing compliance.
• Maintain caregiver and client records, including scheduling information.
• Review payroll/timekeeping and approve for payroll processing.
• Schedule client visits per care plans and staff availability.
• Document concerns and identify trends to improve care quality.
• Educate on schedule accuracy, rates, and care notes to meet deadlines.
