Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager in Omaha, NE. You will work with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director to provide recruiting, administrative, and operating support for the office.

Responsibilities include caregiver management, weekly recruiting/onboarding, and ensuring client care quality while coordinating after-hours on-call coverage and compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute with education/experience; 2+ years in admin/sales/HR functions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid state auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring and terminating as needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• General office support for the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: support intakes and client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to in-home visits.
• Compliance: follow operating standards and state requirements.
• On-Call: manage after-hours calls and urgent schedule changes.
