Job summary

TheKey is seeking a Caregiver Manager to oversee caregiving services, coordinate schedules, and support caregivers to deliver high-quality home care. You will supervise care teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive exception service delivery for clients and families.

The role requires strong leadership, compassion, and organization, with focus on onboarding, ongoing training, and staffing effectiveness across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of healthcare, elder care, social work, or related experience.
• 1 year scheduling experience in a health/human services setting preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise caregivers to deliver compassionate care.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments.
• Monitor compliance with standards and regulations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and development plans.
• Maintain accurate caregiver records and payroll approvals.
• Serve as main contact for caregiver inquiries and onboarding.
• Ensure on-call and after-hours coverage as needed.
