Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Training and Onboarding Coordinator in Rockford, IL to manage onboarding and training for all new caregivers and applicants.

You will coordinate training sessions, process applicant documentation, maintain accurate records, and support caregivers throughout hiring and orientation to ensure a consistent onboarding experience. You will serve as a liaison between applicants, branch leadership, client coordinators, and other internal departments to ensure a seamless transition

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver training sessions at branches.
• Process applicant documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Serve as primary contact throughout the application and onboarding process.
• Ensure onboarding documentation is completed, filed, and compliant.
• Monitor onboarding requirements and communicate deadlines to applicants and caregivers.
• Establish caregiver availability within scheduling system.
• Assist caregivers with mobile app installations and system access.
