Senior Helpers in the United States is seeking a Caregiver Onboarding Coordinator to organize processes, ensure compliance, and create a smooth start for new hires. You will coordinate interviews, verify I-9s, run background checks, and set up payroll and training so caregivers are ready for their first client.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, Recruiting, or Caregiver onboarding preferred.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple systems and checklists.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct caregiver interviews and determine hiring eligibility.
• Complete I-9 verification and ensure federal/state requirements are met.
• Initiate and monitor background checks for all new hires.
• Set up caregivers in our payroll system and online learning platform.
• Assign and track completion of mandatory online training.
• Ensure caregivers are enrolled in timekeeping systems and know how to clock in/out.
• Maintain accurate digital records for compliance and reporting.
• Serve as first point of contact for onboarding-related questions from caregivers.
• Collaborate with office leadership to ensure caregivers are ready for their first shift.
