Job summary

CambrianHomecare, LLC, part of the Dungarvin family of companies, is hiring a Training Coordinator to prepare care providers through orientations and ongoing training. You will ensure documentation is complete, track training compliance, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with HR, Quality, and community partners.

You will deliver engaging training sessions, assess caregiver skills, and support onboarding, with about 25% travel for outreach and training activities.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions and adjust presentation style.
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar systems.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver orientations and ongoing training sessions for care providers using approved materials.
• Track and report training compliance and maintain accurate records.
• Assess and ensure caregiver skill competency in in-home and skills-lab settings.
• Prepare for incoming candidates and assist with HR documentation and onboarding.
• Enter data accurately in company systems and maintain proper onboarding order.
• Build relationships with community organizations and referral sources.
