Job summary

Care Advantage, Inc. in Roanoke, VA is hiring a Caregiver Manager to lead our recruitment engine and grow a strong caregiving team in Virginia. The role focuses on attracting talent, screening and onboarding, and designing retention initiatives to support families and caregivers.

You will also champion a warm orientation process and ensure compliance with HR basics, all while staying adaptable to on-call needs and daily operations in our Roanoke office.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategy from job fairs to referral networks to attract caregivers.
