You will also champion a warm orientation process and ensure compliance with HR basics, all while staying adaptable to on-call needs and daily operations in our Roanoke office.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.
• High school diploma or GED; healthcare or customer service experience is a plus.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to solve problems on the fly.

Responsabilités

• Lead recruitment strategy from job fairs to referral networks to attract caregivers.
• Screen, interview, and onboard candidates who embody our values.
• Design retention programs and track turnover to keep caregivers engaged.
• Deliver engaging orientations and ensure a welcoming culture.
• Oversee compliance basics and maintain personnel files.
• Support on-call needs and keep operations running smoothly.
